Shipping policy
Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation and then send you another email when your order ships with your tracking number.
UK orders placed by 3.00 PM Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day (NOTE: Unexpected events may happen and our couriers do not guarantee next working day delivery, therefore we do not give a 100% guaranteed for next day delivery).
Orders received after 3.00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on *Monday. *Excluding Bank & Public Holidays.

All EU customers must provide a valid VAT number when registering an account at My Fashion House in order to receive a refund on the VAT charged at the checkout. Our system will refund your VAT on your order once we have confirmed the validity of the number.
